We will help you develop this game plan within your budget and also create your event checklist and calendar. We can recommend all of the necessary vendors and you take it from there. This will get you on your way to planning your most fantastic event!
The Getting Started plan includes:
* Initial meeting to get all of your ideas on paper and talk about your unique vision. Together we "storyboard" that vision and come up with a plan.
* The next step would be to create a your budget and discuss how it can sensibly be applied and carried out.
* Together we then create your calendar and checklist - from beginning to end - highlighting all major points, including deposit dates, rental arrangements, event day time line, etc.
* The last step for this package is providing you with a list of our recommended vendors that fit your specific needs. From venues, favors and bakeries - to entertainment and transportation and everything in between! We will make sure you have the opportunity to work with qualified professionals that will work within your budget, while bringing your unique vision to life!
If you need more assistance, you may choose from one of our two concierge packages - The Helping Hand or The It Girl
The Helping Hand - This service would be for someone who would like a helping hand during the planning stages and also have someone up until the day of the event to handle all of the necessary details. If you have a good idea and a plan but need someone to attend vendor meetings and help negotiate prices this package is for you.
This includes: Initial consultation to get the jersey it girl on board and up to speed with what you already have in the works. This also includes a review of your budget and calendar. Suggested revisions will be given at this time. Depending on what stage in the planning you are, we will assist you with all remaining details which can include vendor research, recommendations and bookings. You will have full access to our virtual creativity closet. We will suggest anything and everything we can that will fit into your theme and bring your vision to life. You get to make all decisions as to how much or how little help you need up to the day of your fantastic event ! This service would be for someone who wants their own private It Girl for the day of their event. You have planned the event of the year and now you want to be able to be a guest and enjoy it. Let your It Girl work her magic behind the scenes, while you get to mingle with guests, enjoy the sights and sounds and actually get to eat something!
The It GirlPackage includes: Initial consultation to confirm all details have been taken care of. Contracts signed, favors & linens ordered & final payment arrangements to remaining vendors are made ~ all of the little things that can sometimes get overlooked while planning an event.
We then will establish a detailed time line from 30 days out to the moment your last guest leaves. We will meet you at the venue 2 weeks before your event to confirm all onsite details. We coordinate all day of event vendors, including deliveries and time line. From this point on, all contact will be made through us. You will not be bothered with last minute arrangements.
The day of your event we are present and on site from at least 3 hours before your event until one hour after your last guest leaves. You will get to experience your event as a guest and feel like all of your months of planning paid off and you were truly able to enjoy yourself and your family and friends.
